With the priority to boost the company’s organic traffic and inbound leads within the B2B furniture and hospitality industry, I manage all aspects of content marketing, brand marketing and inbound marketing with one direct report.

Managing a team of twelve writers, I owned all content strategy, planning, development and implementation to support the growth of organic and earned traffic. I also developed a new, human-centric brand voice and positioning, differentiating Format from its parent company Zenfolio.

Working with agency partners, freelancers, ambassadors, and internal resources, I managed all aspects of content strategy and production for integrated and always-on content, including email, website, social media and display ads. I also owned the relaunch of our student program and played an integral role in the roll-out of our most important product launch since 2008.
